Investor grievances are handled by the compliance officer in consultation with the Company Secretary of the Company. It is ensured that the total process of settlement of a complaint right from its receipt to disposal does not exceed 15 days.

Requests for share transfer, sub-division, consolidation and issue of duplicate share certificates and any investor grievances can be addressed to the Registered Office, above email address or the office of the Registrar & Share Transfer Agents.
